What is AuditSeal?
AuditSeal is an AI-powered compliance readiness assessment tool. Upload your policies, SOPs, or procedures (including PDFs with embedded flowcharts and tables), or answer a guided questionnaire, and AuditSeal maps your evidence clause-by-clause against a compliance framework, flagging gaps and recommending specific corrective actions.
Is AuditSeal a substitute for a certified auditor or official certification?
No. AuditSeal is a readiness tool that helps you identify gaps before a real audit, not a certification body. It doesn't issue ISO certificates and its findings aren't a substitute for a formal audit by an accredited certification body or a licensed compliance professional. Think of it as preparation, not the exam itself.
Which frameworks does AuditSeal support?

What's the difference between Upload mode and Questionnaire mode?
Upload mode analyzes documents you already have — paste text, or upload a PDF or image (including flowcharts, diagrams, and tables). Questionnaire mode is for when you don't have documentation yet — you answer plain-language questions per clause, and AuditSeal scores your answers the way an auditor would score an interview response. You can also select "Both" to use them together.
Does AuditSeal store the documents I upload?
No. Uploaded documents are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for that single analysis and are not stored by AuditSeal itself — only a filename and a short summary are kept as a record that an assessment ran. The AI-generated findings (your actual readiness report) are what we retain. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
How much does AuditSeal cost?
Starter is ₦15,000/month (1 framework, 3 assessments/month). Pro is ₦90,000/month (all frameworks, unlimited assessments, PDF export). Consultant is ₦200,000/month (multi-client workspace, white-label reports). Prices and current plan details are on the Billing page.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time from the Billing page. Payments are processed by Paystack.
Can consultants use AuditSeal for multiple clients?
Yes — the Consultant plan is built for exactly this, letting you manage assessments across multiple client organizations from one workspace.
What file types can I upload?
PDF (including ones with embedded flowcharts, diagrams, and tables), plain text (.txt, .md), and images (PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF) for flowcharts or diagrams saved separately. PDFs are read natively, including any visual content on the page — no manual transcription needed.
How accurate is the AI's assessment?
AuditSeal's clause library includes auditor-calibrated guidance on common evidence pitfalls (e.g. distinguishing a populated table from one where the columns that actually matter are filled in), aimed at scoring conservatively rather than giving easy credit. That said, it's a tool, not a replacement for professional judgment — always review findings critically, especially for high-stakes decisions.
